What permissions does this bot need?

The bot only needs basic permissions as listed in the invite. The /info command will list any essential permissions the bot is missing, if there are any.

What is the bot's prefix?

NeonUtil's default prefix is neon. You can add a custom prefix to your server with neon prefix. Slash (/) commands are also available.
You can disable regular commands with neon prefix disable or re-enable them with @NeonUtil#1109 prefix enable.

Why can't I see NeonUtil's slash commands?

1. Ensure your Discord is updated.
2. Check the command permissions for NeonUtil's integration (in Server Settings).
3. If your server has over 50 bots and you cannot remove them, you will have to resort to regular commands.

How do I configure my reminders?

• Check /settings or neon set to see the reminders available and how to configure them.
• For example, you can enable gem reminders with neon set gem ping or notifications for catching special animals with neon cl add s.
• Note 1: If you customized your hunt command, you will have to use neon cl check and fix any problems mentioned.
• Note 2: Collectible reminders will not work until you show your count once to the bot (for example, doing owoheart if you want heart reminders).

How do I get message IDs?

This support article explains how you can obtain user, server, and message IDs. Most commands accept message links as well.

What does it mean if the bot reacted to a message?

• 📊 is a reaction shortcut which you can click on. Server managers can disable reaction shortcuts using /config or neon config.
• 📈 is the reaction for XP Stats. If you do not want to use this feature, you can disable it with /settings xp-tracking: Off (neon set xp off).
• ✅ means something was added or updated. In the case of collectibles, you can view your data with /collectibles list (neon coll) or disable tracking with /collectibles set tracking: False (neon coll s t false).
• ❓ means the bot failed to validate a command. Use owo prefix and if the problem persists, please report it in the support server.

Why is the bot not tracking my X?

For rare catches, gem reminders, and the 📈 reaction: Usually doing owo prefix once fixes that issue. The bot will react with ✅ if so.
Otherwise, use /info (not neon info) to check for missing permissions.
